  • - By placing your order, you agree to our terms & conditions. Be sure to review our terms & conditions page for any questions on our process & for important details regarding each order. 

    - You will have the option to either drop off your blooms locally or overnight ship them. Shipping is the responsibility of the client, but we are more than happy to guide you through this process.

    - The final design of each order is up to the artist. Customizations provided prior to the receipt of blooms will be considered, but are not guaranteed as each bouquet is different!

    - Turnaround time for finished keepsakes varies between 8-12 weeks, but be aware that our team will never sacrifice quality for faster turnaround. 

    - Flowers work best within one week of the event date, however, the sooner we receive your flowers, the better. 

    - Since we use only natural preservation techniques (no color enhancements or preservatives) flower colors may change during the pressing process and WILL fade over time. We encourage keepsake holders to display their piece away from direct sunlight and out of humid areas.
