CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are permitted up until your flowers are received by Consider the Lilies. Orders that are cancelled within 48 hours of placing will be entitled to a full refund. After 48 hours, there will be a service fee of 15% reserved from the total order price.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not offered on any of our custom pieces because they are made to order, specific to the buyer. Should there be a mistake on the seller's end, please reach out and we will do our very best to make the situation right. To avoid possibilities of miscommunication, please be sure to state specific requests when your order is placed as well as be aware that all specific customizations will be considered by the artists, but ultimately, the final design is up to Consider the Lilies.
SHIPPING FLOWERS
- I, the buyer, understand that I am responsible for delivering my flowers to Consider the Lilies, whether that be shipping or drop off.
- I, the buyer, understand that failure to transport flowers in a safe way to Consider the Lilies will result in damaged blooms that the artist may deem unworkable. I, the buyer, may be given the option to downsize in frames or change the style of layout to accommodate. If the flowers aren't salvageable they will be thrown away and my order will be canceled and refunded.
- I, the buyer, understand that any vases, pendants, charms, ribbons or other items sent with my bouquet to Consider the Lilies will not be returned to me. I need to remove these from my bouquet prior to shipping if I would like to keep them.
THE PROCESS
- I, the buyer, understand that my flowers will be pressed in the condition they are received by Consider the Lilies. This being the case, if flowers arrived bruised or damaged, the same may be shown in the final piece. If any of the flowers are not workable, the artist may deem my flowers unworkable.
- I, the buyer, understand that during the process of pressing, my flowers will fade/change color due to the nature of the blooms. Examples of this may be that whites turn to yellow, cream, and brown, while reds may turn purple, etc.
- I, the buyer, understand that the artist has creative freedom to do what she thinks looks best with my flowers and I trust her to do so.
- I, the buyer, understand that some flowers & elements of a bouquet are unable to be pressed and framed due to their thickness and the size of the frame. I understand that these elements, and any other blooms that cannot fit within the frame will be left out of my final piece.
- I, the buyer, understand that I may request the unused pressed elements of my bouquet to be returned to me up until my bouquet is delivered. I understand that if I fail to request this prior to delivering my flowers, my remaining pressed flowers and greenery will become the property of Consider the Lilies.
- I, the buyer, understand that all communication to me from Consider the Lilies will be done via the email I provide at check out. If the email address is wrong or needs to be updated, it is my responsibility to notify the team at ctlpressedflowers@gmail.com
FINAL PRODUCT
- I, the buyer, understand that the final design is up to the Consider the Lilies team. I understand that while I may request special customizations, ultimately, these will be considered by the Consider the Lilies team and may be rejected.
- I, the buyer, understand that although great care is taken to package pieces with as much protection as possible, damage may occur during shipping if that is my selected form of receiving my keepsake. In the event that this occurs, I will leave the piece as is, send the Consider the Lilies team photos via email right away and then reseal the box.
- I, the buyer, understand and agree to the refund and cancelation policy as stated above.
- I, the buyer, understand that full turnaround time varies and is not guaranteed. I understand that the Consider the Lilies team will not sacrifice quality for quick delivery.
- I, the buyer, understand that due to the nature of the blooms, my flowers WILL fade during the preservation process and over time.
